SkyEurope launches Istanbul to Bratislava service

A new service by SkyEurope will start from April 28th which will fly direct from Istanbul in Turkey to Bratislava in Slovakia. The service will operate three times a week initially with one-way prices starting from just 29 Euros including taxes and fares. The service will leave Istanbul on Tuesday, THursday and Saturday at 4. 40am - yes, middle of the night and take 2 hours to get to Bratislava. For the return journey, it will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11pm from Bratislava. Steven Greenway from the airline said [quote] "Opening historically first direct connection between Bratislava and Istanbul is another milestone for SkyEurope. This new connection has big potential and is direct response to growing demand of not only business travelers but also those visiting friends and relatives or tourists traveling for city breaks, vacation or shoppings". SkyEurope provides many flights between Europe's major airports including London Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Dublin, Copenhagen, Cork, Prage, Athens, Vienna and Amsterdam - to name but a few.
