SkyEurope commences flights from London Luton

Central Europe based SkyEurope plans to expand its route network from October 2007 by adding London Luton airport to its network. Services planned include flights to Bratislavia, Kosice and Poprad - all in Slovakia and also to Prague in the Czech Republic. Initial flights will be 12, 3, 3 and 7 flights per week respectively. SkyEurope expect passenger numbers to exceed 300,000 passengers per year on the London Luton routes. SkyEurope already fly From Manchester, Birmingham and London Stansted to European destinations. They also fly from a large number of European airports including Lisbon, Malage, Barcelona, Pisa, Rome, Nice, Athens, Prague, Warsaw, Copenhagen and Zurich.
