easyJet completes acquisition of GB Airways

Back at the end of 2007, easyJet made the intention to purchase GB Airways subject to regulatory clearances. GB Airways is a British Airways franchise. This regulatory clearance has now been given and the purchase by easyJet has now been completed. easyjet's CEO said [quote]
