Iberia adds new routes to Barcelona and Madrid

Wednesday 08 Sep 2010 9:18pm

Iberia, the Spanish Airline, has added flights from Madrid and Barcelona to London City Airport. Since Iberia has an agreement with British Airways, this new addition makes sense as City Airport offers easy access for business travellers and holidaymakers alike. This is not the first flights that Iberia flies as it already offers sunseekers flights from London Heathrow, these are the first to run from City Airport. Iberia will offer two daily flights from Terminal 4 in Madrid and Terminal 1 in Barcelona to London City. With these new routes, tourists will have abundant choice of when and where to fly from and to and at what time. London City Airport should also prove popular, as it's easy access and relative quietness compared to Heathrow should prove enticing for travellers.
