Brazil is a truly unique country unlike any other. Here, you will find stunning beaches, large sections of rainforests, as well as a forward-thinking, European-influenced culture. All of these factors combine to make a holiday destination which is simply like no other. One of the most famous and interesting attractions of the country is the Statue of Christ the Redeemer. This structure is stunning to see in person: it stands almost 100 feet high (30 metres) on Mount Corcovado. The Statue of Christ the Redeemer has been featured in about 100 films and nothing beats seeing it in person: it will make your spine tingle.

Rio is one of the most famous cities in Brazil and it offers plenty to do, even when it is not carnival time. Carnival, while amazing, is not the only time to choose to visit this city. There are always things to do here. However, in terms of the weather it is best to visit anytime from December through March. Choosing the timing of your trip wisely will only enhance your experience and avoid weather problems. The rainforests are not to be missed.
