Bristol Airport Offers New Options for Transportation to Passengers

Saturday 08 May 2010 8:21pm

Ready to offer a greater range of transportation options with a better passenger service, Bristol Airport has trumpeted a new five year long agreement with a taxi firm. Checker Cars, with more than 1,000 drivers operating at its significant bases such as Stansted Airport and Gatwick Airport, is the leading airport taxi operator in the United Kingdom. The firm announced that it will order another fleet of automobiles, which will feature minibuses for customers who share a common destination, as well as executive cars for premium quality passengers. Alleviating the requirements to line up at the taxi stand when it is particularly busy, passengers will have the capability of utilizing an e-ticket machine which will be located in the arrivals concourse. Permitting flights to Rome, Paris, New York, and various other destinations, the airport has flights operated by easyJet, Air France, and Continental Airlines.
