Canada to Italy with Zoom Airlines

Zoom Airlines announce plans to operate a scheduled service between Canada and Italy. Europe and Canada signed a bi-lateral agreement opening up scheduled flights between the two regions. The Minister of Transport in Canada said [quote] This increase in scheduled air services is a great example of growth in the airline industry and of the Canada-European Union bilateral market. " The agreement allows any number of airlines to operate any number of flights from Italy to Canada and no restrictions in frequency of flights for each airline.
