Air travel continues to soar

IATA the International Air Transport Association have released passenger figures for August 2007 with demand for international flights increasing by 8.6% - the highest in almost 18 months.

IATA have also predicted that the number of passengers increasing to over 2.75 BILLION within four years.

With the price of flights becoming more affordable, Eastern Europe is still continuing to experience rapid growth with Poland, Romania, Romania and Czech Republic proving popular.

Demand for flights in Europe is set to reach almost 1 billion passeners by 2011.
