Virgin Begins Las Vegas Flights

Saturday 22 May 2010 8:27 PM
This past week, Virgin Atlantic announced that it will begin running a new route to Las Vegas from Manchester next year.

Passengers will have alternative service providers to the United States destination beginning April 3rd, 2011, as Virgin will offer two times per week flights from the Northern England city.

Including a daily flight from London Gatwick begun back in 2000, this will increase the number of offered flights from United Kingdom airports to Las Vegas to nine per week.

For those fortunate travelers who wish to have a little more luxury and comfort on their long distance flight, each flight will comprise 58 Premium Economy seats featuring priority check in.

Cathy Tull is the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Vice President of marketing.

Virgin Atlantic also provides regular flight service from Manchester to Barbados, Florida, and Orlando.
