Special New York travel offers

New York City's official tourism marketing organisation has launched an integrated marketing campaign that will offer special discounts for visitors, called ‘NYC: The Real Deal’.

NYC & Company said that the first phase, which offers buy one and get the second 50 per cent off promotions at museums, tours, entertainment venues and other attractions throughout New York, will operate until 30 June.

Chief marketing officer of NYC & Company, Jane Reiss, said: "The NYC: The Real Deal program is designed to entice visitors and locals to experience the vibrancy, energy and excitement of New York City while taking advantage of unprecedented savings this year."

UK travellers who wish to take advantage of these special offers can fly to New York with a number of airlines, including Continental Airlines, Virgin Atlantic and British Airways.
