easyJet launch membership card for fast boarding

Wednesday 12 March 2008 8:15 PM
With immediate affect, passengers can now buy a membership card allowing unlimited use of its Speedy Boarding option at its airports.

The "easyJet +" card costs £75 for 12 months and allows the passenger to use the priority check-in desks at airports and also priority boarding onto the plane.

The card despite its cost of £75, can pay for itself if a passenger was to do more than five return flights in 12 months. The price of the card will rise to £100 from 30th April.

The airline said in a statement today that it expects to launch other membership cards and benefits in the near future which could include discounts on hotels, travel insurance and car hire.
