Ryanair announce new Shannon to Berlin route ands

Caroline Baldwin from Ryanair said [quote] "This new connection to Germany’s exciting capital city is a great enhancement of our route network at Shannon. An ideal destination for both business and leisure breaks, Berlin has something for everyone."

John King from Shannon Tourism said [quote] "This is a great new addition to Ryanair’s services at Shannon. This gives us another great platform to promote the Shannon region and the West of Ireland to a German audience with direct access into Shannon".

To celebrate the new route, Ryanair has announced 100,000 seats on sale from just 10 Euros including taxes and charges for flights from Shannon. Availability is limited, so interested passengers are advised to book via the Ryanair website as soon as possible.

Ryanair is expected to carry over 2 million passengers on its Shannon routes this year - which is almost 2/3rds of all passengers flying through Shannon Airport.
