St Patricks weekend a record for Ryanair

Ryanair, Ireland's budget and national airline announced record bookings for St. Patricks weekend with over 250,000 passengers booking to flying with Ryanair on its 109 routes.

In a recent statement, Peter Sherrard from Ryanair said [Quote] "We’ve added 50 new Irish routes since last March, making this our biggest St Patrick’s weekend ever. Visitors from all over Europe are coming to Ireland for the first time because Ryanair’s low fares and direct flights have made it affordable and convenient for them to do so. These visitors will spend over 100 million euros in the Irish economy, delivering a massive boost for Irish tourism."

Ryanair has proved very popular with Irish travellers as it flies to over 17 countries across Europe, and over 75 destinations - a wide choice for even seasoned travellers. Their pricing of having the lowest fares and high punctuality has also helped to push it to the number one choice.
