bmibaby announces new Cardiff flights for sale

Budget airline bmibaby has announced flights from Cardiff airport this winter. Alicante, Faro, Malaga, Murcia, Palma and Geneva and destinations for this winter with Geneva expected to be particulary busy over the peak ski season.

Rumours of bmibaby reducing their operations at Cardiff were rubbised by bmibaby's managing director. Crawford Rix said [quote] "Contrary to recent sensationalised reports, bmibaby is committed to its operation from Cardiff and will continue to offer low fares to exciting destinations. We will be celebrating six years of flying from the airport this year and hope to see many more successful years operating from Cardiff".

Last years Geneva route proved hugely successful as passengers took to the snow covered slopes around Geneva. Cardiff Airport provides easy access to people living in South Wales. The Cardiff to Geneva route will fly five times a week from Wales to Switzerland.
