Wizz Air adds new routes and increases capacity on others

Eastern Europe budget airline, Wizz Air, is to launch a new regular flight from Budapest to Dortmund which will launch on 26th October and will operate three times a week.

The airline has also announced that the Katowice to Dortmund service will increase in frequency to cater for the increased demand by both tourist and business travellers.

Wizz Air has recently celebrated its 4th birthday and has carried over 12 million passengers since its first flights on 19th May 2008.  It now flies to over 52 destinations using its 19 Airbus A320 aircraft.

It carried over 4.2 million passengers in 2007, and expects to carry over 6 million passengers in 2008.
