Flybe bans passengers from eating their own food on flights

Thursday 14 June 2007 1:05 AM
Cheap flight airline, Flybe has announced that it will soon stop passengers from eating their own food on flights.

The airline said that its making the move to protect passengers who have allergies after passengers complained about other people eating food they were allergic to.

Unfortunately this means for passengers that if they want to eat on Flybe flights, they will have to pay the inflated costs of in-flight food and snacks - all of which will carry warnings on food allergies.

Flying Abroad thoughts... We think that Flybe are taking things a bit to far with this, and effectively forcing passengers to buy food on the flight - which is normally expensive.
