Ryanair cancelling 150 flights

Saturday 26 July 2008 11:09 AM

Airlines are facing a hard time with high fuel prices (which sometimes account for 50%+ of operating costs) and airlines have started to make cut-backs.

Over the winter period, Ryanair will cut up to 150 flights to/from Dublin airport which will result in the loss of 500 jobs - plus the loss of about 500,000 customers.

Ryanair is still the biggest budget/cheap flight airline with over 600 routes across Europe and North Africa.

Passengers wanting to travel with Ryanair this winter should check the Ryanair website for an updated schedule of what flights are flying over the winter months.
