Bristol passengers going bonkers for Ryanair flights

Over 100,000 passengers have booked onto Ryanair's 13 new routes from Bristol since it opened almost 2 months ago.

Demand has been extremely high with 1.2 million passengers expecting to fly in the first year from Bristol.

Destinations in southern Ireland (Knock, Derry) and eastern Europe (Bratislava, Katowice, Budapest) are all seeing high demand.

Ryanair's spokesperson Caroline Baldwin said that Ryanair have been inundated with bookings for these cheap flights with over 3000 locals (to Bristol) snapping up tickets.

The record bookings look to continue to with passengers planning their autumn and winter trips.
