Wizz Air introduces transfer between London Luton and Victoria Bus Station in Central London

Friday 11 January 2008 10:42 AM
Wizz Air - one of Europe's biggest budget airlines has introduced a new service allowing passengers flying to or from London Luton Airport to purchase a transfer to or from London's Victoria Bus/Coach Station.

Despite the name of London Luton Airport, the airport is a 30-45 minute journey to central London via bus or train.

The new service from Wizzair allows passengers to purchase their transfer when paying for their flight online.

The bus transfer service also has been amended to fit in with Wizz Air's flight schedule so that passengers have a minimal wait when arriving at the airport before transfering on to the bus and then on into London.

The price of a one-way ticket is £8 (about 11.5 Euro).

Wizzair operates 75 services each weekly from London Luton Airport to nine eastern/central European destinations including Katowice, Warsaw, Gdansk, Poznan, Budapest, Bucharest. Cluj, Sofia and Zagreb.
