Singapore to Sydney flights to increase

Sunday 13 January 2008 9:19 AM
Singapore Airlines is famous for being the first airline in the world to fly the Airbus A380 super jumbo and it currently flies the Singapore to Sydney, Australia route.

The airline has announced that from April it will add a fourth service on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays until June, and then a fourth service each day for the other days in the week.

From June, Singapore Airlines will operate 28 flights a week, or four each day between the two cities. The additional service will not be the A380, but a Boeing 777-300 aircraft.

Demand for the route between Sydney and Singapore continues to grow.
