Extra daily service from London Heathrow to Copenhagen with Scandinavian Airlines

Lars-Ove Filipson from SAS said [quote] "In recent years it has become increasingly difficult for airlines to add additional Heathrow routes to their networks and so typically service expansion depends on the introduction of larger aircraft which SAS has also implemented on its services to Scandinavia".

The new service will take the total number of flights between the two cities to 7 a day.

Copenhagen is growing in popularity for both tourism and business travellers with a number of airlines flying to the city.
