Stansted to Dubai with EOS Airlines

Saturday 16 February 2008 11:06 PM
EOS Airlines looks to be competing with Silverjet over the coming months with the airline announcing a new service starting on July 6th which will operate between London's Stansted Airport and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

EOS is a business-class only carrier - the same as Silverjet - and this new service directly competes with Silverjet's service - although EOS will fly from Stansted rather than London Luton Airport.

Jack Williams from EOS Airlines said [quote] "Our community includes many guests and investors from the Gulf region who feel that Dubai and Eos are a perfect fit. UAE consumers appreciate products and services of the highest quality and we've created a travel experience that authentically reflects their lifestyle, an extension of the way they want to live while flying."

The new service will operate once per day initially and provide business-class only seats on the Gulf route.

EOS have also previously announced that from May this year, they will operate a daily service across the atlantic from London Stansted to Newark Airport in New York, USA. The service will start on 5th May

EOS passengers are able to travel in luxury on the business-class only flights with each passenger having a 6ft 6ins fully-flat bed.

EOS operate Boeing 757 planes which normally has 220 "economy" seats. EOS Airlines refit the interior to have just 48 seats giving each passenger over 21 sq ft of personal space - you won't feel crowded.

A typical return flight in November from London to New York with EOS Airlines start from £1400 return
