Manchester to Murcia in Spain with Monarch

Monarch airlines (part of the Avro Group) has launched a new service from Manchester Airport to Murcia in south-east Spain.

Starting on 8th February, the new route is the 12th route flown by low-fare airline Monarch from Manchester Airport.

Liz Savage from Monarch said [quote] "We are delighted to be launching this new route from Manchester to Murcia and have been overwhelmed by how well it has been received with the first flight almost fully booked and over 20,000 bookings already taken."

The new route will operate five times a week, increasing to a daily service in the summer timetable - starting at the end of March.

Monarch also flies routes across Europe from Birmingham, London Luton and Gatwick.
