easyjet announce six new routes across Europe

Announced today, budget/low cost airline easyJet will start operating six new routes from Spring 2008.The new routes include: - Bristol to Biarritz - Bristol to Olbia - Bristol to Split - Edinburgh to Nice - Glasgow to Faro - Luton to Pisa easyjet have announced several new routes in the past few months and today's announcement brought the number of new routes the airline will start operating in the first half of 2008 to 18. One way flights lights will start from £19.99 for the Biarritz service and £25.99 for the Nice service. easyJet's General Manager, David Osborne said [quote] "easyJet will launch 18 new routes over the next few months from our bases across the UK and we will shortly announce further expansion, re-enforcing our position as the UK’s largest airline" The expansion of routes at the airline's Bristol base further strengths local jobs in the area.
