Increase costs for checking in baggage with Ryanair

Monday 17 December 2007 1:21 PM
There was a time when to fly anywhere, you'd buy your ticket, pay taxes at the same time, turn up to the airport and fly.

These days, budget airlines, especially Ryanair, charge you for numerous things such as drinks luggage and even checking-in at the airport!

Although they introduced costs for checking-in baggage earlier this year, Ryanair have just announced an increase in this cost from £5 (6 euro) for the first bag and £10 (12 euro) for additional bags.

The new costs will be £10 (12 euro) per item of baggage. Customers using online check-in and only having hand luggage will not be charges.
