British Airways offering cheaper business class flights

British Airways is set to launch a sale that would see as much as 40% being slashed off the price of a business class flight.

The Club World promotion will offer cheaper flights to destinations across the breadth the British Airways network.

Club World customers have facilities including audio and video on demand, a fully flat bed and access to lounges at Heathrow Airport and New York JFK.

Passengers will be able to save as much as £998, according to the airline, with business class flights to New York available from £1,099 and services to Sydney cut to £2,899.

"These are amazing savings. Our customers can travel in real style and luxury, pampering themselves with a spa treatment in our lounges at Terminal 5 before enjoying a fully flat bed on long-haul flights - all for a fraction of the normal price," said Richard Tams, British Airways' head of UK and Ireland sales.

The prestigious airline will offer business class flights to yet another destination later this year when it commences flights to Las Vegas.
