LOT Polish airlines offers only Heathrow to Warsaw flights

Wednesday 16 April 2008 9:38 AM
After British Airways changed its flights from Heathrow to Warsaw to fly from Gatwick, LOT Polish Airlines is the only airline to fly the route from London's Heathrow to Poland's capital city.

There are three flights a day operated by LOT from Heathrow to Warsaw from their summer schedule. LOT's spokesman, Slawomir Noszczak said [quote] "Heathrow remains the first choice departure airport for business travellers and we therefore anticipate continuing traffic growth on our Warsaw flights from London....... We have already established a strong reputation as a business carrier and we look forward to welcoming even more passengers to our services."

LOT also will be operating three flights a week from Warsaw to Beijing in China - which are expected to be under high demand with the summer Olympics starting in August.
