Two routes will resume - one on Sundays from Glasgow to Lahore and the second, on Wendesdays from Glasgow to Faisalabad.

The services started in November 2005 and stopped in Summer 2007 after the airline reported technical reasons behind the stoppage.

Traditionally, long-haul flights from Glasgow go west towards North America - although the emerging trend is that more passengers are going east-wards towards the Gulf, Africa and Asia.
