Situated 4 miles from Southampton city centre and close to the M3 and M27 motorways, the airport is small but rapidly growing airport catering for the central southern coast of England.Southampton Airport offers a variety of domestic and a growing number of international services - with holiday charter flights popular all year round. Once at the airport, you'll notice that although its small (with only one terminal), it has the necessary facilities needed including several restaurants, cashpoint and currency exchange as well as a bookshop/newsagent and the obligatory duty free shop. Parking facilities onsite at the airport are more than adequate with a short-stay (ideal for picking up friends or relatives) and a long stay car park served with a regular shuttle bus.
