The airport is situated to the motorway network and is served by regular public transport links.By road, the M42 is just over a mile from the airport and off the A45. When travelling at peak times, be aware that although the M42 has some of the best traffic control in the country, it does still get very busy so allow enough time. By rail, the airport has the Birmingham NEC Railway station a 2 minute bus journey away - with regular shuttles going back and forth. Connections from that railway station take you to Coventry and on to London, or Birmingham city centre. By bus, a regular bus service operates from Birmingham centre which is a 20 minute journey away. Taxis are available with Coventry a 20 minute journey away, and Birmingham a similar distance away.
